Originally from Knoxville, TN, Nicole graduated MTSU with degree in audio production. She then moved to Nashville where she would spend the next few years working in location and post production audio for film and TV.
An entrepreneur at heart, Nicole got into real estate after realizing her attention to detail and management skills were well suited to a career path that escaped the hectic lifestyle of the entertainment industry.
After five years of real estate administrative experience and hundreds of contracts closed, Nicole launched Dotted & Crossed, a Transaction Coordination company, in 2018. Since then, her team has closed over 5000 transactions.
Fun stuff about Nicole!
Nicole loves the outdoors and being active. She and her husband live in a mountain-style cabin on 6 wooded acres about 30 minutes outside of Nashville, TN. Their closest neighbors are a raccoon family, herds of deer,
an owl and fox. 🌳 🦊 🦉
When she's not building the business or supporting her team, you'll find her hiking, backpacking off grid, or on a wall at the local climbing gym. 🏔 💼 🥾
