The role of a Transaction Coordinator is built on precision and timing. As artificial intelligence begins to move into the real estate space, staying informed about how these tools actually work is becoming a full-time job in itself. This blog was created to solve that problem.
Our goal is simple: We want to save you the hours of research required to know which platforms offer AI features and how those features impact your daily workflow.
This is a living document designed for the TC community. We are committed to providing you a centralized hub where you can see which transaction management platforms have integrated AI and, more importantly, provide the most current links so that you can watch video demos of those features in action. Instead of reading marketing fluff, you can see exactly how the software handles a contract or drafts an email.
While every platform has a different approach, the industry is currently focusing on a few core categories of automation (understanding that the following list could change fast). Here is a look at the types of features being developed across the board:
You might be asking why this is worth your attention. The shift toward AI isn't about replacing the TC; it is about reclaiming mental bandwidth and potentially affecting a TCs capacity. By allowing an AI tool to handle the repetitive "search and find" tasks or the initial data entry, you can focus on the high-level problem solving and relationship management that a computer cannot replicate (ok, maybe not yet anyways). Understanding these tools now allows you to choose the platform that best fits your specific style of coordination.
As we explore these new tools, it is vital to remember the legal responsibilities that come with handling sensitive contract data. While AI offers significant speed, the question of how data is stored, shared, and protected is still an evolving topic within the industry.
Before uploading any client contracts to an AI-powered platform, we strongly recommend checking with your broker , and/or the broker for whom these documents and transactions belong to (since many TCs are processing files for agents at multiple brokerages) and reviewing your local state laws regarding data privacy. It is your responsibility to ensure that the platform you choose complies with your office's standards and that you are authorized to share client information with a third-party AI tool. Always verify whether the AI model used by the platform "learns" from your data or keeps it strictly private.
It is important to acknowledge that the AI landscape is shifting rapidly. The features you see today will likely look drastically different in 6, 12, or 18 months. Capabilities are expanding and costs are changing. Because this technology is a moving target, we are committed to updating this resource frequently. What works today might be replaced by a more efficient version tomorrow, and we will be here to document those changes.
Beyond helping the TC community, we believe this resource serves the software builders themselves. By providing a transparent look at how different companies are implementing AI, we hope to encourage healthy competition and innovation. When platforms see how others are solving common TC pain points, it pushes the entire industry to create better, more valuable tools for everyone involved.
We have connected directly with the leadership at each of the platforms featured here. They have all agreed to be included and are working with us to ensure their information is correct. If a platform releases a new update or a better demo video, we are ready to update our links immediately to ensure this remains the most reliable resource in the industry.

Note to other software developers: Please feel free to reach out to David Breckheimer directly if you feel that your platform should be included within this resource guide, and understand that to be included you will want to share links to both your website and a video demo of how how your AI tools are implemented and used within the platform.
