Resources around mental health, the science behind meditation, the mind-body connection & more

When it comes to topics such as mental health, meditation, mindfulness, mind-body connection, peace, contentment, joy, happiness and more, I can get GEEKY!! And by GEEKY I'm mean that I'm incredibly inspired to hear how these, among other topics, are addressed, explained and/or backed by science. 

So in this 12 minute video I provide a few examples of the types of resources I use to research such topics. This video and/or list of resources may be a bit overwhelming for some, and it may simply just scratch the surface for others... Either way, I thought that might just be of interest to some and helpful to others. 

Please note that the following is NOT meant to be any kind of exhaustive list, but rather a quick reference to some of the resources that were mentioned in this video. I truly hope that this is helpful to someone, and possibly inspires you to dig deeper and find things to help bring real understanding, followed with real application where appropriate.
