We so often talk about how important systems are. And although I agree I wanted to share what I consider a missing link in this point and conversation...

That being that although systems are absolutely important, we rarely acknowledge many of us, our team members and clients simply don't HONOR the systems that have been put in place.

So the real key to this conversation, and the focus of this webinar, was to point out the importance to develop SYSTEMS THAT WE WILL HONOR. Not JUST systems, but systems that we will truly HONOR, and to share the importance growing into those systems through "baby-steps".
