1. Who are you talking to?

  • Scenario: Agent grown to the point that they have to make a decision if they are going to group their team by adding an in house TC (W2 Employee) vs. Independent TC.
  • People who need leverage (finding staff or people who can provide them value)

2. What problem are you solving for them? (Think Value Proposition)
3. Value proposition should inform everything (Example: Marketing, Systems, Language, etc.)
